Hess - Representative Dick L. Hess Memorial

This scholarship will be awarded to a deserving student who has met the following minimum qualifications: Full- or part-time student, resident of Bedford or Fulton County, PA, have at least a 2.5 GPA, be enrolled in Forestry, Biology, Political Science, or Agriculture Field. Three letters of recommendation are required, including one from a former teacher. Continuation of scholarship into the second year is possible upon reapplication and proof of having met the criteria.
