Western Maryland Building and Construction Trades Council - Robert E. Engelbach, Jr. Memorial (Fall 2024)

This scholarship will be awarded to a deserving student who has met the following minimum qualifications: Full- or part-time student, must be a U.S. citizen/permanent resident, resident of Four-State area, have at least a 3.0 GPA, state financial need in essay on scholarship application (must have applied for federal financial aid), and be a member or the spouse or dependent of a member of the Western Maryland Building and Construction Trades Council. Continuation of scholarship into second year is possible upon reapplication and proof of having met criteria.
