PASSA Student Assistance

This scholarship will be awarded to a deserving student who has met the following minimum qualifications: Full- or part-time student, resident of Tri-State area, have at least a 2.0 GPA, and state financial need in essay on scholarship application. Preference given to non-traditional (25+) students, first-generation students, and/or students with a documented disability. Continuation of scholarship into second year is possible upon reapplication and proof of having met criteria.
