Rowan - Mildred Jean Rowan

This scholarship will be awarded to a deserving student who has met the following minimum qualifications: Full- or part-time student, be a graduate of a Bedford County High School, be a resident of PA, have at least a 2.5 GPA, be enrolled in any Associate Degree program, and state financial need in scholarship essay. Student must attend the Bedford County Campus of Allegany College of Maryland. Continuation of scholarship into the second year is possible upon reapplication and proof of having met the criteria.
