This scholarship will be awarded to a deserving student who has met the following minimum qualifications: Full-time student, must be a U.S. citizen/permanent resident, resident of the Four-State area, have at least a 2.0 GPA, and state financial need in essay on scholarship application. Preference will be given to students enrolled in a library-related curriculum, although Elementary Education will be considered. Continuation of scholarship into second year is possible upon reapplication and proof of having met criteria.
