Webster - Ralph R. Webster Memorial

This scholarship will be awarded to a deserving student who has met the following minimum qualifications: Full- or part-time student, resident of Four-State area, have at least a 3.25 GPA, and be enrolled in a curriculum for transfer to a senior institution for continuation of preparation for a professional career. Continuation of scholarship into second year is possible upon reapplication and proof of having met criteria.
