Western Maryland Jaycees Scholarship

This scholarship will be awarded to a deserving student who has met the following minimum qualifications: Full- or part-time student, resident of Allegany or Garrett County, MD, or Mineral County, have at least a 2.0 GPA, must describe volunteer experience, civic engagement, and involvement within the community, and state financial need in essay on scholarship application.
