Western Maryland Building and Construction Trades Council - Robert E. Engelbach, Jr. Memorial (Fall 2026)

This scholarship will be awarded to a deserving student who has met the following minimum qualifications: Full- or part-time student, must be a U.S. citizen/permanent resident, resident of Four-State area, have at least a 3.0 GPA, must be a member or the spouse or dependent of a member of the Western Maryland Building and Construction Trades Council, and state financial need in essay on scholarship application (must have applied for federal financial aid) Continuation of scholarship into second year is possible upon reapplication and proof of having met criteria.
