St. Thomas' Circle

This scholarship will be awarded to a deserving student who has met the following minimum qualifications: Full- or part-time student, must be a U.S. citizen/permanent resident, resident of Allegany County, have at least a 2.0 GPA, must be a non-traditional student, 25 or older, returning to school after a break of 5 or more years, must not have a college degree, and state financial need in essay on scholarship application.
