This scholarship will be awarded to a deserving student who has met the following minimum qualifications: Full-time student, must be a U.S. citizen/permanent resident, resident of Allegany County, have at least a 3.0 GPA, be enrolled in the History (first preference) or General Studies (second preference) curriculum, and must describe your community service activities.
