Bartlett - Roscoe G. Bartlett Scientific

This scholarship will be awarded to a deserving student who has met the following minimum qualifications: Must be a full-time student with a declared major in Mathematics, Engineering, Science, or related technical disciplines as developed by the college for similar studies in the future. The applicant must be a resident of the Sixth Congressional District of Maryland (Allegany, Carroll, Frederick, Garrett, or Washington counties) and must maintain an overall grade point average of 3.0 or better and a 3.5 grade point average in the mathematics and sciences classes. The applicant must be a U.S. citizen/permanent resident and should state financial need in essay on scholarship application.
